Important Production Considerations:
DTF printing requires regular operation, preventive maintenance, suitable environmental conditions, compatible consumables, adequate ventilation, and adherence to the procedures provided during onboarding.
White ink contains suspended pigment and requires proper circulation, agitation, maintenance, and operating discipline. Temperature and humidity can affect ink behavior, printhead performance, static, film feeding, powder application, curing, and transfer quality.
The printer and shaker must be operated as a coordinated production system. Printer speed, film feed, powder application, conveyor speed, curing temperature, airflow, cooling, and take-up tension must be appropriately adjusted for the selected artwork, ink coverage, film, powder, production mode, and operating environment.
The shaker's purification components, filters, oil-separation system, and drain must be regularly inspected, cleaned, and maintained. Filters and related components are maintenance or consumable items and may require periodic replacement.
The stated shaker capacity of up to approximately 370 square feet per hour represents maximum compatible capability under suitable conditions. Actual throughput depends on printer output, ink coverage, film, powder, curing settings, ambient conditions, and finished-transfer requirements.
The stated printer output of up to approximately 450 standard shirt-size transfers per hour is approximate and based on optimized conditions. Actual output depends on transfer dimensions, artwork, print mode, pass count, resolution, RIP configuration, ink limits, film layout, equipment condition, maintenance, shaker settings, curing requirements, and operator workflow.
Automation and safety features do not replace operator supervision, proper installation, routine maintenance, suitable electrical service, or ventilation. The system must not be operated unattended.
Operators must monitor and maintain the printheads, ink channels, dampers, caps, wipers, pumps, circulation system, film tracking, powder supply, curing temperature, conveyor speed, purifier, cooling path, take-up tension, and finished-transfer quality.

DTGPRO provides a six-month limited equipment warranty for this DTFLINE system covering qualifying defects in materials or manufacturing, subject to the applicable warranty terms, exclusions, maintenance requirements, and operating conditions.
