Shipping From The Nearest Available Warehouse

DTGPRO customers purchasing select BAI embroidery machines may have the option to ship from the nearest available warehouse or arrange a pickup from an assigned warehouse location. This can help reduce transit time and may be useful for customers who have their own truck, trailer, SUV, or freight carrier.

BAI has set up 10+ warehouse locations across key regions, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Mexico. Inventory and pickup eligibility can vary by model, warehouse, and order status.

      Important: Warehouse pickup is not automatic. Customers must complete the order process online, pay for their order, and will then receive the required
      Bill of Lading or pickup paperwork, and confirm the pickup appointment before going to the warehouse. Warehouses are used for
      storage and shipping and are not showrooms. Offline payment at the warehouse is not supported.

How BAI Self-Pickup Works

Below is the general pickup process. Final pickup instructions depend on your order, machine model, warehouse assignment, and whether you are picking up personally or using a freight carrier.

Step 1

Choose The Nearest Warehouse And Check Inventory

Before pickup, confirm that your intended BAI embroidery machine model is available at the warehouse assigned to your order. Inventory status can vary by model and location.

Step 2

Place The Order And Confirm Payment

Submit your order and complete the required payment process online or via your sales rep (contact us at sales@dtgpro.com). After order confirmation, the pickup or shipping process can be coordinated according to the order sequence and warehouse availability.

Step 3

Receive Your BOL Or Pickup File

The Bill of Lading or pickup file is required for warehouse release. This document may be sent by email after the order is processed. Do not go to the warehouse without your required pickup paperwork.

Step 4

Bring The Right Vehicle Or Carrier

Choose the appropriate pickup vehicle based on the packaged size of the machine. A truck, trailer, SUV, or freight carrier may be required. Confirm loading requirements in advance.

Pickup Vehicle Notes

Truck or trailer: Recommended for many crated embroidery machine pickups.
SUV: May work for certain machines only if the package size and loading method are confirmed in advance.
Freight carrier: Customers may arrange their own carrier, but the carrier must have the required BOL or pickup file.
Warehouse loading: Warehouse staff may use loading equipment to load the machine according to the Bill of Lading.
No BOL, no pickup: The warehouse may not release the machine without proper pickup documentation.

Confirm that your BAI embroidery machine is ready for pickup at your desired location before dispatching a truck, trailer, SUV, or carrier.
Bring or provide the required Bill of Lading, pickup file, or warehouse release paperwork.
Confirm pickup date, pickup time, warehouse address, vehicle size, loading method, and whether loading equipment is available.
Confirm the packed machine dimensions on the product page or with your sales representative before selecting a vehicle.
Inspect the shipment at pickup when possible and document any visible damage before leaving the warehouse.
Do not attempt to pay at the warehouse. Warehouse locations are for storage, shipping, and pickup coordination only.
