MagicLine™ Desktop Transfer Printer Starter System

Compatible Pigment Inkjet Printer, Inks and Transfer Supplies for Full-Color T-Shirt Printing

The MagicLine™ Desktop Transfer Printer Starter System combines a new compatible Epson® WorkForce Pro WF-3820 pigment inkjet printer with the essential MagicLine transfer supplies needed to begin printing professional full-color garment transfers.

The included printer arrives with pigment-based CMYK inks, eliminating the need to research compatible printer models or modify an existing printer. There are no specialty inks to install, no white ink and no printer conversion required.

Important: This bundle includes Clear MagicPowder for producing transfers for white garments. White MagicPowder is not included and is required for transfers applied to dark-colored garments.

However, the included printer, pigment inks, transfer sheets, MagicSeal™ Fusion and all other system components are fully compatible with White MagicPowder. When White MagicPowder becomes available, expected beginning in September 2026, you can expand this same system to produce transfers for dark garments simply by purchasing the powder separately. No printer conversion, different ink, new transfer sheets or replacement system equipment will be required.

Start with a Pre-Matched Printer and Transfer System

Printer compatibility is one of the most important parts of the MagicLine workflow. This bundle removes the guesswork by including an Epson® WorkForce Pro printer with the pigment-based CMYK inks required for the process.

Your artwork is printed directly onto MagicLine™ Transfer Sheets using the printer in its original factory configuration. No DTF inks, white ink, sublimation ink or physical printer modification is required.

After printing, the included Clear MagicPowder provides the adhesive layer needed to apply the transfer to a white garment. To produce transfers for dark-colored garments, use the same printer, inks, transfer sheets and workflow with White MagicPowder, sold separately.

Once the transfer is cured and pressed, MagicSeal™ Fusion provides the essential finishing step that helps keep the pigment inks from washing out while improving wash durability, softness and flexibility.

How It Works

1. Print with the Included Epson Printer
   Print your mirrored design onto a MagicLine™ Transfer Sheet using the included Epson® WorkForce Pro WF-3820 and its pigment-based CMYK inks.
2. Apply the Appropriate MagicPowder
   Apply the powder evenly to the printed side of the transfer while the ink is ready to receive it. Use the included Clear MagicPowder for white garments. For dark-colored garments, use White MagicPowder, sold separately.
3. Cure
   Cure the powdered transfer using a compatible curing station or HeatStation.
4. Heat Press and Peel
   Apply the cured transfer to the garment using a heat press, then peel according to the supplied instructions.
5. Finish with MagicSeal™ Fusion
   Apply MagicSeal™ Fusion and complete the finishing press. This final step helps keep the pigment inks from washing out and significantly improves wash durability.

White MagicPowder-Not Included

White MagicPowder is required for transfers applied to dark-colored garments and must be purchased separately. It is expected to be available beginning in September 2026.

The complete starter system is already compatible with White MagicPowder. Once the powder is purchased, no different printer, inks, transfer sheets, MagicSeal™ products or replacement system equipment are needed to expand into dark-garment printing.

Initial Production Capacity

Includes 100 A4 transfer sheets and is designed to produce up to approximately 100 full-sheet transfers. Actual yield depends on artwork size, print coverage, setup sheets, test prints and production technique.

Ventilation and Safe Operation

Operate powder-curing and heat-transfer equipment in a properly ventilated workspace. Follow the supplied instructions and use appropriate protective equipment when handling transfer powders, heated film and production equipment.

This bundle provides the compatible printer, pigment inks and essential transfer consumables needed to begin producing full-color transfers for white garments. Add a compatible curing station and heat press to complete your production setup. When you are ready to produce transfers for dark-colored garments, simply purchase White MagicPowder separately and use it with the same printer, inks, transfer sheets and MagicSeal™ finishing system.
