MagicLine™ Desktop Transfer Production Kit with DTFLINE HeatStation

The MagicLine™ Desktop Transfer Production Kit combines the complete MagicLine consumables system with a Large A3+ DTFLINE HeatStation V3, giving you the transfer materials and dedicated curing equipment needed to begin producing professional full-color garment transfers.

Print using the existing pigment-based CMYK inks in a compatible Canon® or Epson® desktop inkjet printer, with no special inks, no white ink, no printer conversion and no printer modifications required.

This bundle includes MagicLine™ Soft White Powder, allowing you to create full-color transfers for white, light and dark-colored garments.

• The MagicLine™ process offers a simpler alternative to conventional DTF printing. It eliminates the need for a specialized white-ink DTF printer, circulating white ink and the daily maintenance normally associated with white-ink printing systems.
• Instead of printing white ink, MagicLine™ Soft White Powder creates the opaque adhesive backing needed for applications onto white, light or dark garments.
• The included DTFLINE HeatStation V3 provides a dedicated, controlled method for melting and curing the transfer powder after it has been applied to the printed film.
• After pressing, MagicSeal™ Fusion completes the process by helping lock in the pigment colors for improved wash durability, softness and flexibility.

How It Works

1. Print with the Included Epson Printer
   Print your mirrored design onto a MagicLine™ Transfer Sheet using the included Epson® WorkForce Pro WF-3820 and its pigment-based CMYK inks.
2. Apply MagicLine™ Soft White Powder
   Apply the powder evenly to the printed side of the transfer while the ink is ready to receive it.
3. Cure
   Cure the powdered transfer using a compatible curing station or HeatStation.
4. Heat Press and Peel
   Apply the cured transfer to the garment using a heat press, then peel according to the supplied instructions.
5. Finish with MagicSeal™ Fusion
   Apply MagicSeal™ Fusion and complete the finishing press. This final step helps keep the pigment inks from washing out and significantly improves wash durability.

• DTFLINE HeatStation V3 - Large A3+ HeatStation dedicated tabletop curing station with a built-in purifier, adjustable time and temperature controls and an approximately 13.8" x 19.7" heating platform.
• Pigment-Based CMYK Printer Inks - Initial printer ink supply included. No specialty DTF ink or white ink is required.
• 100 MagicLine™ Transfer Sheets - A4 size: 8.25" x 11.75"
  Translucent transfer film engineered for compatible desktop pigment inkjet printers.
• MagicLine™ Soft White Powder - 1.1 lb package.
  Creates the opaque adhesive backing required for white, light and dark garments.
• MagicSeal™ Fusion Spray Kit - Includes 500 ml Fusion solution, a reusable spray bottle and a Teflon finishing sheet.
• Quick-Start Setup Guide - Step-by-step instructions covering printer setup, printing, powdering, curing, pressing, peeling and finishing.

Printer Compatibility

Pigment-Based CMYK Inks Are Required The printer must use pigment-based cyan, magenta, yellow and black inks. Compatibility is determined by the installed ink formulation, not simply by the printer brand or product family.

Compatible with select models from printer families including:

• Canon® MAXIFY GX
• Epson® WorkForce
• Epson® WorkForce Pro
• Select Epson® EcoTank Pro models using pigment-based CMYK inks

Production Capacity

Includes 100 A4 transfer sheets and is designed to produce up to approximately 100 full-sheet transfers. Actual yield depends on artwork size, print coverage, setup sheets, test prints and production technique.

Ventilation and Safe Operation

Operate powder-curing and heat-transfer equipment in a properly ventilated workspace. Follow the supplied instructions and use appropriate protective equipment when handling transfer powders, heated film and production equipment.
