MagicLine™ Desktop Transfer All-in-One Production System

A Complete Full-Color Garment Transfer System with Printer, Curing Station, Heat Press and Starter Consumables

The MagicLine™ Desktop Transfer All-in-One Production System includes everything needed to print, powder, cure, press and finish professional full-color garment transfers.

The bundle includes a new Epson® WorkForce Pro WF-3820 pigment inkjet printer with inks, a Large A3+ DTFLINE HeatStation, a 15" x 15" CraftPress and the complete MagicLine™ consumables system.

No printer conversion or ink-system modification is required. Print using the Epson printer’s pigment-based CMYK inks, then use the patent-pending combination of MagicLine™ Transfer Sheets, MagicLine™ MagicPowder and MagicSeal™ Fusion to complete the transfer process.

Important: This bundle includes Clear MagicPowder for producing transfers for white garments. White MagicPowder is not included and is required for transfers applied to dark-colored garments.

However, the included Epson printer, pigment inks, DTFLINE HeatStation, CraftPress, transfer sheets, MagicSeal™ Fusion and all other system components are fully compatible with White MagicPowder. When White MagicPowder becomes available, expected beginning in September 2026, you can expand this same all-in-one system to dark garments simply by purchasing the powder separately. No different ink, new transfer sheets, printer conversion or replacement production equipment will be required.

The Complete MagicLine Production Workflow

Conventional DTF systems generally depend on specialized printers, dedicated DTF inks, circulating white ink and frequent maintenance. MagicLine™ achieves the required color, adhesion and wash performance through a different three-part materials system.

The included Epson® WorkForce Pro WF-3820 printer produces the full-color artwork using its pigment-based CMYK inks. The included Clear MagicPowder provides the adhesive layer needed to apply the transfer to a white garment.

To produce transfers for dark-colored garments, use the same included printer, pigment inks, transfer sheets and production equipment with White MagicPowder, sold separately. No printer conversion, ink change or equipment replacement is necessary.

The included DTFLINE HeatStation cures the powdered transfer, while the included CraftPress applies it to the garment. After peeling, MagicSeal™ Fusion helps lock in the pigment color and deliver the wash durability required for finished apparel.

How It Works

Print with the Included Epson Printer
Print your mirrored design onto a MagicLine™ Transfer Sheet using the included Epson® WorkForce Pro WF-3820 and its pigment-based CMYK inks.
Apply the Appropriate MagicPowder
Apply the powder evenly to the printed side of the transfer while the ink is ready to receive it. Use the included Clear MagicPowder for white garments. For dark-colored garments, use White MagicPowder, sold separately.
Cure with the Included HeatStation
Use the included DTFLINE HeatStation to melt and cure the powder onto the printed transfer.
Heat Press and Peel
Apply the cured transfer to the garment using the included 15" x 15" CraftPress, then peel according to the supplied instructions.
Finish with MagicSeal™ Fusion
Apply MagicSeal™ Fusion and complete the finishing press using the included CraftPress. This final step helps keep the pigment inks from washing out and significantly improves wash durability.

Printer Compatibility Is Already Covered

Compatible Pigment Inkjet Printer Included - This system includes the Epson® WorkForce Pro WF-3820, eliminating the need to determine whether an existing printer and ink configuration are compatible.

Use the included printer with its pigment-based CMYK inks. Do not install dye-based inks, sublimation inks, conventional DTF inks or third-party white ink in the printer for this process.

The included printer and pigment inks are fully compatible with both Clear MagicPowder and White MagicPowder. No printer conversion or ink-system change is required when switching between powders.

No Additional Major Equipment Required

The compatible printer, curing station, heat press and initial transfer consumables are all included. Simply provide blank garments, a suitable workspace and the standard operating supplies described in the setup guide.

White MagicPowder-Not Included

White MagicPowder is required for transfers applied to dark-colored garments and must be purchased separately. It is expected to be available beginning in September 2026.

The complete all-in-one system is already compatible with White MagicPowder. Once the powder is purchased, no different printer, inks, transfer sheets, MagicSeal™ products, HeatStation or heat press are needed to expand into dark-garment printing.

Initial Production Capacity

The starter supply includes 100 A4 transfer sheets and is designed to produce up to approximately 100 full-sheet transfers. Actual yield depends on design size, print coverage, setup sheets, testing and production technique.

Ventilation and Safe Operation

Operate powder-curing and heat-transfer equipment in a properly ventilated workspace. Follow the supplied instructions and use appropriate protective equipment when handling transfer powders, heated film and production equipment.

Unbox, Set Up and Start Producing

From the compatible Epson® printer to the curing station, heat press and patent-pending transfer materials, this all-in-one system brings the complete MagicLine™ workflow together in one package. Begin by producing full-color transfers for white garments with the included Clear MagicPowder. When you are ready to produce transfers for dark-colored garments, simply purchase White MagicPowder separately and use it with the same printer, inks, transfer sheets, HeatStation, CraftPress and MagicSeal™ finishing system.

WARNING: WARNING: WORK IN A WELL VENTILATED AREA and use Protective Equipment (including masks and gloves) when working with specialty printing and curing products and processes (including DTF, DTG, UV etc.) as fumes and processes may be hazardous. We highly recommend the use of a fume extractor when working with DTF powder in addition to good ventilation and filtration in your work area. The use of all specialty ink printing equipment and supplies such as inks, chemicals, powders etc. are at the sole risk of the user. Specialty inks and film require a good humidity and temperature environment (55% - 75% humidity, and 75° to 80°F) to minimize risk of ink clogs and film buckling.
