MagicLine™ Desktop Transfer Printer Starter System

A Pre-Matched Pigment Inkjet Printer and Transfer System for Full-Color T-Shirt Printing

The MagicLine™ Desktop Transfer Printer Starter System combines a new Epson® WorkForce Pro WF-3820 pigment inkjet printer with the essential MagicLine™ supplies needed to begin producing vibrant, full-color garment transfers.

The printer includes pigment-based CMYK inks and arrives ready for the MagicLine™ workflow. There are no specialty inks to install, no white ink, no DTF conversion and no printer modifications required.

Start With White Garments-Expand to Dark Garments Later

This bundle includes Clear MagicPowder™, which provides the adhesive layer needed to produce transfers for white garments.

White MagicPowder™ is not included and is required for transfers applied to dark-colored garments. White MagicPowder™ is expected to become available beginning in October 2026 and will be sold separately.

The included printer, pigment inks, transfer sheets, MagicSeal™ Fusion and other system components are already compatible with White MagicPowder™. When it becomes available, simply purchase the powder to expand into dark-garment printing-no different printer, inks, transfer sheets or system equipment will be required.

A Pre-Matched Printer and Transfer System

Printer and ink compatibility are critical to the MagicLine™ process. This system removes the guesswork by including an approved Epson® WorkForce Pro WF-3820 with the pigment-based cyan, magenta, yellow and black inks required for the workflow.

Print your artwork directly onto a MagicLine™ Transfer Sheet using the printer in its original configuration. Clear MagicPowder™ creates the adhesive layer for application to white garments, while MagicSeal™ Fusion provides the essential finishing step that helps protect the printed colors and substantially improve wash durability.

When White MagicPowder™ becomes available, the same printer and consumables can be used to create the opaque backing needed for transfers on colored, dark and black garments.

How It Works

What Is Included

Required Equipment-Not Included

• Compatible curing station or HeatStation
• Heat press

The compatible printer, initial pigment inks and transfer consumables are included. Curing and heat-press equipment must be purchased separately unless included through an available upgraded option.

White MagicPowder™-Not Included

White MagicPowder™ is required for transfers applied to dark-colored garments and must be purchased separately. Availability is expected beginning in October 2026.

Your complete starter system is already compatible. Switching from Clear to White MagicPowder™ will not require different inks, transfer sheets, printer modifications or replacement system equipment.

Initial Production Capacity

Includes 100 A4 transfer sheets and is designed to produce up to approximately 100 full-sheet transfers. Actual yield depends on artwork size, print coverage, setup sheets, test prints and production technique.

Ventilation and Safe Operation

Operate in a well-ventilated workspace. Local exhaust ventilation or suitable fume extraction is recommended during powder application, curing and heat pressing.

Follow all product and equipment instructions and use appropriate protective equipment when handling transfer powders, heated film and production equipment.

Start Producing Full-Color Transfers With a Pre-Matched System

Begin with white garments using the included printer, pigment inks, transfer sheets, Clear MagicPowder™ and MagicSeal™ Fusion. Add White MagicPowder™ when available to expand the same system to colored, dark and black garments.
