A Complete Full-Color Garment Transfer System-Everything You Need to Print, Cure, Press and Finish

The MagicLine™ Desktop Transfer All-in-One Production System brings the complete production workflow together in one package, including the printer, pigment inks, powder-curing station, heat press and MagicLine™ starter consumables.

The system includes a new Epson® WorkForce Pro WF-3820 pigment inkjet printer, a Large A3+ DTFLINE HeatStation, a 15" x 15" CraftPress and the transfer materials needed to begin producing professional full-color garment transfers.

There are no specialty inks to install, no white ink, no DTF conversion and no printer modifications required. Print with the included Epson printer’s pigment-based CMYK inks and let the MagicLine™ materials complete the transfer process.

Start With White Garments-Expand to Dark Garments Later

This bundle includes Clear MagicPowder™, which provides the adhesive layer needed to produce transfers for white garments.

White MagicPowder™ is not included and is required for transfers applied to colored, dark and black garments. White MagicPowder™ is expected to become available beginning in October 2026 and will be sold separately.

Every component included with this system is already compatible with White MagicPowder™. Once the powder is available, simply purchase it separately-no different printer, inks, transfer sheets, conversion or replacement equipment will be required.

The Complete MagicLine™ Production Workflow

Conventional DTF systems typically require a specialized printer, dedicated DTF inks, circulating white ink and frequent maintenance. MagicLine™ takes a simpler, lower-maintenance approach.

The included Epson® WF-3820 produces the full-color artwork using its pigment-based CMYK inks. Clear MagicPowder™ provides the adhesive layer required to apply the transfer to a white garment.

The DTFLINE HeatStation cures the powdered transfer, the CraftPress applies it to the garment, and MagicSeal™ Fusion completes the finishing process by helping protect the pigment colors and substantially improve wash durability, softness and flexibility.

How It Works

What Is Included

Printer Compatibility Is Already Covered

Use the included printer in its original factory configuration. Do not install dye-based inks, sublimation inks, conventional DTF inks or third-party white ink for this process.

The included printer and pigment inks are compatible with both Clear and White MagicPowder™. Switching powders does not require a printer conversion or ink-system change.

No Additional Major Equipment Required

The compatible printer, initial pigment inks, curing station, heat press and starter transfer consumables are all included. Simply provide blank garments, a suitable workspace and the standard operating supplies described in the setup guide.

White MagicPowder™-Not Included

White MagicPowder™ is required for transfers applied to colored, dark and black garments and must be purchased separately. Availability is expected beginning in October 2026.

Once the powder is purchased, no different printer, inks, transfer sheets, MagicSeal™ products, HeatStation or heat press are needed to expand into dark-garment printing.

Initial Production Capacity

Includes 100 A4 transfer sheets and is designed to produce up to approximately 100 full-sheet transfers. Actual yield depends on artwork size, ink coverage, setup sheets, test prints and production technique.

Ventilation and Safe Operation

Operate powder-curing and heat-transfer equipment in a well-ventilated workspace. Local exhaust ventilation or suitable fume extraction is recommended during powder application, curing and heat pressing.

Follow all product and equipment instructions and use appropriate protective equipment when handling transfer powders, heated film and production equipment.
