A More Automated DTF Workflow

Combining the Apparel Printer PLUS with the OS1 Automatic Shaker creates a production-oriented workflow with less manual intervention.

1. Design: Prepare your artwork for DTF production.
2. Print: The dual-printhead system produces the full-color image and white-ink layer.
3. Powder: The OS1 Automatic Shaker applies adhesive powder to the printed transfer.
4. Shake: Excess powder is automatically removed and redistributed.
5. Cure: The transfer moves through the curing process to activate the DTF adhesive.
6. Purify: The included SafetyPro AP2 Purifier adds dedicated air purification to the production environment.
7. Press: Apply the finished transfer to the garment using your heat press.
